1. Services
Sundown Print Co. provides custom printing and production services including screen printing, apparel, signage, and related print collateral. All orders are subject to written confirmation and a signed proof approval before production begins.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Price estimates provided through our quote forms or via email are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on artwork complexity, material availability, and confirmed quantities.
3. Artwork and Files
You retain ownership of artwork and files you provide. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. Sundown Print Co. is not liable for artwork that infringes third-party rights.
4. Production and Lead Times
Lead times quoted are estimates based on normal production schedules. Rush orders are subject to availability and surcharges. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to an order after proof approval may incur additional costs. Cancellations after production begins are subject to fees reflecting work completed. Contact us as early as possible if your project requirements change.
